If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

User Account Responsibilities
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account access.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accounts are individual and non-transferable.

App Testing Procedures
As a tester, you will be given access to pre-release software. This software may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. Your primary role is to provide feedback, report bugs, and evaluate performance according to the guidelines provided for each specific project.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided to you for testing, including but not limited to source code, compiled binaries, design assets, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of the respective developers or AppTestPro.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps solely for testing purposes as defined by the platform. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the testing materials is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using AppTestPro, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTestPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform or the testing software.

Termination of Service
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
