Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following specific conditions:

  • check_circle Technical failures on our platform preventing scheduled tests from executing.
  • check_circle Duplicate charges resulting from a system billing error.
  • check_circle Subscription cancellation requested within the first 24 hours of the initial billing cycle.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • cancel Partial usage of a monthly or annual subscription tier.
  • cancel Failure to use purchased testing credits before their expiration date.
  • cancel Issues arising from third-party integrations or external API limitations.
  • cancel Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension.

How to Request a Refund
